Keeping up with changing expectations
The pace of change in customer expectations is accelerating, necessitating true innovation.
“In today’s marketplace, [companies] must recognize that change is happening at an exponential pace,” says author and speaker Steven M Prentice (@StevenPrentice). “Two years ago, no one had heard of TikTok. A year later, it was changing the world. This pace of change will continue to happen in terms of products and employee/customer expectations. Old-school thinking is not enough.”
