Unlocking the ChatGPT Plus and Code Interpreter Add-On’s Capabilities

For its popular ChatGPT service, OpenAI initially introduced third-party software application plug-ins back in March. These plug-ins let customers expand ChatGPT’s capability to perform tasks like reading complete PDFs. The business announced this week that all of its ChatGPT Plus subscribers will now have access to Code Interpreter, one of its own internal plug-ins.

Code Interpreter “lets ChatGPT run code, optionally with access to files you’ve uploaded,” a spokeswoman for OpenAI stated on the company’s continually updated ChatGPT release notes blog. You can request that ChatGPT analyse data, make charts, change files, do maths, etc.

The AI can process files up to 500MB in size and write Python code thanks to its extensive toolkit and ample RAM.

Users of ChatGPT Plus can build interactive HTML files, charts, maps, data visualisations, graphics, analyse music playlists, clean datasets, and extract colour palettes from images using the Code Interpreter. The interpreter opens up a wide range of possibilities, making it a potent tool for data processing, analysis, and visualisation. <
