Court Denies Sen. Lindsey Graham’s Motion to Quash Subpoena

On Aug. 15, U.S. District Judge Leigh Martin May denied Sen. Lindsey Graham’s (R-S.C.) expedited motion to quash a subpoena requiring him to testify before the special purpose grand jury.
